I've been busy lately. Working off hours, marking garage sale stuff, heading to the hockey tournament, getting set up for the garage sale......and who knows what else. I've been feeling bad for not spending as much time with Josie lately. She stopped me dead in my tracks the other night when she quietly and politely asked for me to tuck her into bed and then whispered "Momma, you're my best friend." Now I'm no sucker. I am fully aware that she'll be old enough to have some not favorable words to describe her mother before I can even blink an eye. But for now, while it lasts, I'm going to savor being her BFF.
