Minions on a stick

Popsicle stick that is! 

Valentine's Day marked the 5th annual Polar Plunge for Team Brrr! 

And the "polar" portion of the plunge lived up to its name.

This year we had two brave eight year olds join our team so we went with a "Minion" theme.

Team Brrr did a fantastic job raising over $2,000 of the $210,000+ raised by the Rochester plunge.

Level 2 is hard

Before Christmas Josie was thrilled to pass Level 1 in figure skating. Now, after 4 weeks in Level 2, she seems to think ice skating might be for the birds.

At least I got a chance to get on the ice with her first! Several bags of ice and pain killers later I can say it was totally worth it.

Piggy Opera

Last week Josie's class put on a performance of the Piggy Opera. Have I mentioned she has the best teacher ever?

While Josie was initially hoping for the part of the pig's mother she was just as happy to be in the chorus. Such a cute show!
